Class Description
Daisy Mama is a special one off postnatal class is designed to help new mums relax, recharge, heal & calm both body and mind. Supporting you as you navigate this new phase of your life, whilst helping you to settle your emotions & replenish your reserves.
In this 1.5 hour session you will enjoy:
- Postnatal yoga inspired movement
- Mindfulness
- Pelvic floor recovery
- Exercises to restore your core
- Breathing techniques
- Mind and body movement
- Guided relaxation
- Refeshments and connection with other local mums
Who is this for:
This class is designed for all mums who have had a baby in the last 2 years. Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum to your baby’s 2nd birthday.
When :
Held on various Friday evenings through the year from 6.30pm-8pm. We will spend the first hour moving & relaxing and then finish off with a warm drink and nourishing chat.
Investment :
£12.50 for a 1.5 hour session. Mats, blankets and refreshements included.
Where :
Classes will be held at The Studio At Stowe, MK18 5AB. We have plenty of free parking directly outside the studio.
