Hi, I’m Sally-Ann and I offer a range of antenatal and baby classes and workshops in Cambridge, Northstowe and the surrounding area. I am passionate about providing continuous support through pregnancy and the postnatal period to mums and families in Cambridgeshire.
I know first hand from the birth of my own two children how our experience can be transformed when we can approach birth feeling confident, informed and supported. No matter what shape your journey to parenthood takes, it is an emotional and challenging time. I am passionate about providing a safe space in which you can explore your own pregnancy, birth and motherhood options and find the path that is right for you.
If you are pregnant and looking for ways to connect with others you can join my Facebook Group and attend my free Daisy Pregnancy and Birth socials where we explore different topics and have plenty of time to chat.
So Why Choose Daisy Antenatal and Baby Classes?
These are my top three reasons why Daisy antenatal and baby classes are so special.
- Continuity – Daisy offers classes and workshops covering from about 14 weeks of pregnancy through to when baby is about 2 years old so if you join one of my antenatal classes or workshops you will gain my support and friendships which will serve you long beyond the birth of your baby.
- Holistic content – every class and workshop draws on different elements to ensure we can meet your needs in a comprehensive way. Our antenatal classes draw on traditional antenatal education as well as pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing and active birth education. Our baby classes combine baby massage and yoga with sensory play, infant education and postnatal movement and support.
- Unconditional support – all of our courses and workshops are full of evidence based content to help you make informed choices on your parenting journey. However, we also recognise that making decisions about pregnancy and family life often requires going beyond the evidence and there are myriad of individual factors that will shape the decisions you make. Our Daisy classes are all about supporting you on your unique journey, encouraging you to trust in your intuition and have confidence in making the choices that are right for you and your family.
