Tinies (from birth) Bedtime baby massage ONLINE Fridays

Class Description

Join us via ZOOM for our bedtime baby massage session – wind down, soothe and settle your baby before bed.

A weekly postnatal class for parents to help you learn how to use baby massage and movement to aid calming, soothing and connection. Learn blissful baby massage, gentle baby yoga and reflexology as well as gentle sensory activities.

When it comes to the new days and weeks of motherhood, any number of emotions can overwhelm us: Joy, anxiety, delight, fatigue, happiness, uncertainty, isolation or perhaps even low mood or challenging feelings. We get it!

Tinies helps new mums enjoy a safe and supported first few months with baby. This natural first step with baby on your continuous perinatal support journey takes the best elements of baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga and mum & baby classes and support groups and wraps all of these together in a powerful 5 element model that allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can figure it out together.

I look forward to welcoming you to your Tinies class where in summary you will learn and gain benefits from:

Blissful baby massage, gentle first step baby yoga and reflexology
Gentle sensory and baby development activities
Gentle postnatal movements
Relaxation at the end of every class
The chance to meet new friends
