A weekly postnatal class for mum and baby in the ‘fourth trimester’ to help you learn how to use baby massage and movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby.
When it comes to the new days and weeks of motherhood, any number of emotions can overwhelm us: Joy, anxiety, delight, fatigue, happiness, uncertainty, isolation or perhaps even low mood or challenging feelings. Daisy Baby Tinies helps new mums enjoy a safe and supported first few months with baby. This natural first step with baby on your continuous perinatal support journey takes the best elements of baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga and mum & baby classes and support groups and wraps all of these together in a powerful 5 element model that allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can figure it out together.
Daisy Baby Tinies classes are for postnatal mums and their baby only, are suitable to attend from around 6 weeks after birth and are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiples and indivdual needs with ease.
Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at a time but are designed to carry you through from Tinies to Wrigglers to Cruisers, supporting you from around 6 weeks postnatal until baby is around 18 months. Tinies is for babies from 6 weeks to around 5 months. Each class is 1 hour long and costs £45 for the 6 weeks (cost is reduced to £36 while classes are online).
Your Summer Tinies class is at 10am on Wednesdays. If there is a waiting list showing, please add your details as we sometimes operate a register of interest before direct booking. From September, Tinies will also run on Tuesdays at 11:30am.
(Covid-19 update. Classes will remain via Zoom over the summer. Current government guidance suggests that a return to face to face classes will be possible in September as long as adherence to social distancing is maintained. We are currently planning for smaller face to face classes in September, with a waiting list to gather interest. Booking will take place later in the summer, with full payment securing the space).
