1. Daisy Birthing Abergavenny, Brecon, Crickhowell & Hay-on-Wye

Class Description

A weekly mums-only antenatal class for expectant mums to help you enjoy pregnancy, stay mobile, learn about your changing baby and body and prepare for a confident birth.

When it comes to the early (or in fact any) stage of pregnancy, any number of emotions can overwhelm us: excitement, fear, anxiety, delight, uncertainty, confusion – and these may well be ever changing! Daisy Birthing helps expectant mums enjoy a positive pregnancy and prepare for a confident birth. The first step of your continuous perinatal support takes the best elements of pregnancy yoga, active birth and hypnobirthing and wraps all of these together in a powerful class that allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can do this.

Daisy Birthing classes are for expectant mums only (my active birth workshops are available for mums and birth partners to attend if this is what you are looking for), are suitable to attend from 14 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birth, and are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions and birth plans with ease.

CLASS DETAILS

Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at a time but are designed to carry you through from early pregnancy right up until your baby’s birthing day and for mums-only to create a really safe, supportive and open environment. Each class is 1-hour 30 mins long and costs £75 for the 6 weeks.

If this class has to revert to online due to government guidelines, please be assured that our online classes will remain interactive, using a video platform where we can all still see one another and you will have lots of opportunity to chat, connect , ask questions and feel truly supported, just as in a face to face class. Classes include support emails, facebook group access, what’s app  group set-up and I am always reachable via email, call or video link-up should you need it during class terms classes and beyond as I believe strongly in a continuity of care. My priority is to support you, inform your choices and to help you to navigate these waters with positivity, confidence and community.

I look forward to welcoming you to your Daisy Birthing class.

Here’s what other local mums had to say about their Daisy Birthing experience:

“Daisy Birthing is the best thing I’ve ever done in my life!” Rhiannon, Daisy Birthing Abergavenny (mum of 2 who did Daisy Birthing classes with both pregnancies and still uses the breathing and positivity techniques in day to day life!)

“Daisy Birthing classes are empowering and informative. Ceri is a brilliant tutor who makes you feel that just like each birth is unique, that the classes are bespoke too. I feel so much more prepared and so much stronger having attended the classes. I would highly recommend to any expectant mums!” Kerrie, Daisy Birthing Brecon

“I’m so grateful for the wonderful support and advice you provided. Being pregnant for the first time during COVID has been quite scary without the normal antenatal support. The classes were a real treat and such a lovely way to relax at the end of the week.  I’ve slept so well on Fridays nights! The information has been so valuable, I did not expect to come away with so much practical advice and I’m feeling so much calmer, more informed and positive about labour.” Fiona, Daisy Birthing Online

“I truly believe Daisy Birthing helped keep me calm and I was just focusing on breathing through each contraction.” Leann, Daisy Birthing Crickhowell
