4. Daisy Baby Wrigglers – Abergavenny & Crickhowell

Class Description

A weekly class for mum and baby to help you learn how to use a variety of tools such as: baby yoga, rhythm, rhyme, story and sensory experiences to aid your baby’s development, your connection and to have fun together, as well as incorporating some postnatal movements and support for mums too!

When it comes to settling in to motherhood, once the early postnatal phase has passed it can be overwhelming as baby seems to develop so fast!

Daisy Baby Wrigglers helps mum and baby (or baby’s other carer) enjoy a relaxed, fun and safe journey together at this exciting time in their development. This stage of many firsts with baby on your continuous perinatal support journey takes the best elements of baby massage, baby yoga,  sensory experiences for babies, story time, and mother & baby classes, and wraps all of these together in a powerful 5 element model that allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can have fun together.

Daisy Baby Wrigglers classes are for mum (or other care provider) and baby, are suitable to attend from around 4/5 months and are adapted to suit multiples and individual needs with ease.

Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at a time supporting you from around 4/5 months until baby is more mobile and active (usually around 9-11 months, but every baby is different). Each class is 1 hour long and costs £45 for each 6 week block.

(There is a 10% discount for my past Daisy Baby Tinies mums or current Daisy Baby Wrigglers mums who wish to book onto another term so please contact me before booking and I can send you your unique discount.)

From easing infant ailments, aiding their development, growing your connection and confidence as a mum and learning about baby’s key stages amongst friends – we’ve got you covered.

NB: Under current Tier 4 lockdown restrictions this class may be delivered online (should restrictions be lifted during a term permitting in person classes again, we may revert back to face to face if possible to do so with venue availability).

Baby classes work really well online with time to chat, relax, breathe, move, reconnect with your postnatal body, empower your choices and boost your confidence around motherhood, as well as meeting other local mums, albeit virtually, to continue to support you and foster connection and community at this time when we all need it most. Online classes still give you that special, dedicated time to bond and connect with your baby, and other mums and babies too, even when online. You will still be part of a community and feel supported, learning calming and soothing massage and movement techniques for baby and lots of baby care and motherhood support and confidence to take away with you, at a time when this is needed more than ever.

Your baby’s development and your wellbeing is important, so don’t delay in signing up for baby classes until we can safely meet face to face again, as unfortunately we can’t be sure when that will be and we don’t want you and your baby to miss out on this important time building bonds, connections, confidence and stimulating baby’s growth and development. You don’t need any special equipment, just a computer, laptop or iPad, (You don’t even need a yoga mat at home and you can bring your baby’s favourite toys to sessions if you like!)

Please be assured that our online classes will remain interactive, using a video platform where we can all still see one another and you will have lots of opportunity to chat, connect , ask questions and feel truly supported, just as in a face to face class. Classes include support emails, facebook group access, what’s app  group set-up and I am always reachable via email, call or video link-up should you need it during class terms classes and beyond as I believe strongly in a continuity of care.  My priority is to support you, inform your choices and to help you to navigate these waters with positivity, confidence and community.

I look forward to welcoming you and your little on to Daisy Baby Wrigglers.
