Daisy Baby Tinies is a weekly postnatal class for mum and her new baby. You’ll learn how to use baby massage and movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby.
Firstly, we take the best elements from baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga, mum & baby classes and support groups. Secondly, we wrap them together in a powerful 5 element model to deliver an extra special class.
When it comes the ‘fourth trimester’, the new days and weeks of motherhood, any number of emotions can overwhelm us. For instance, joy, anxiety, delight, fatigue, happiness, uncertainty, isolation, even low mood or challenging feelings. Daisy Baby Tinies helps new mums enjoy a safe and supported first few months with baby; while you figure it out together.
Each class includes:
- Full baby massage and yoga routines
- Yoga based movement for mum

- Meet other new mums at the same stage – build that vital support network
Important class information
Daisy Baby Tinies classes are for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable from around 6 weeks after birth until 5 months (at the start of term). Importantly, classes are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiple births and individual needs.
Classes are progressive so booked in blocks of 6 weeks.
Our classes are designed to carry you through until baby is around 18 months. Your baby will develop through Tinies to Wrigglers to Cruisers. Supporting you along the journey of early parenthood, while baby grows and develops
