Active Birth Workshop – Haywards Heath & Surrounds

Class Description

Active Birth Workshop

In line with government guidance in relation to COVID-19, this term of classes is currently scheduled to be delivered online. Should the Government Guidance change prior to the term start date and permit us to deliver this term in our normal in person format, the term will be delivered face to face with details of location being confirmed at that time.

A workshop for mum and her birth companion which combines Active Antenatal education with practical tools to achieve a positive birth. This private class will give you both the space to prepare as a team and confidently plan for baby’s birthing day.

Finding the time to prepare in a way that works for you both  can be challenging.  This second step of your continuous perinatal support combines antenatal education, hypno-birthing and massage techniques in a powerful 5 element model. Most importantly, as a private workshop you have the time to ask all the questions you need and tailor it to your experience.

The Daisy Birthing Active Birth Workshop is for expectant mums and their birth companion. They are suitable to book from around 30 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birth and are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions.

This is available in a small group format or as a private one to one class tailored for your individual experience.
