A weekly class for all those who are pregnant to help you enjoy your pregnancy, to stay mobile, to learn about your changing baby and body, and prepare for a confident birth.
When it comes to the early (or in fact any) stage of pregnancy, any number of emotions can overwhelm us: excitement, fear, anxiety, delight, uncertainty, confusion – and these may well be ever-changing! Daisy Birthing antenatal classes help all those who are pregnant enjoy a positive pregnancy whilst at the same time helps to prepare you for a confident birth.
This first step of your continuous perinatal support takes the best elements of:
- Pregnancy yoga
- Active birth education
- Hypnobirthing techniques
and wraps all of these elements together in a powerful 5 element model that allows you the confidence that comes from realising ‘you can do this’!
Daisy Birthing active antenatal classes are for all those who are physically pregnant only and are suitable to attend from 14 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birthing day. Classes are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions and each unique birth plan with ease.
Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at a time but are designed to carry you through from early pregnancy right up until your baby’s birthing day and can be repeated as many times as you require. Each class is 1-hour 30 mins long and costs £75 for the 6 week term.
Classes take place on Wednesday Evenings, 7 – 8.30pm at the Self Centre, Bury St Edmunds.
