Daisy Starting Solids Workshop

/ Kayleigh Burton / Daisy Starting Solids Workshop

Class Description

Starting Solids is a 2.5 hour workshop that cuts through the myths and gives you everything you need to confidently start weaning your baby.

When it comes to introducing solid food to your baby, cutting through all the myths, the different approaches and knowing what first steps to take can be overwhelming.

The Daisy Starting Solids workshop helps you to:

  • understand the evidence / purpose of introducing solid food and the hurdles that may lie along the way
  • develop a weaning plan that truly works for your unique family
  • take a confident approach to this exciting time.

We will cut through the misinformation and explore the evidence around introducing solid food.

The Daisy Starting Solids workshop is suitable for all parents with babies up to weaning age, to allow them to get ahead of the game when it comes to weaning.

Our unique approach to workshops takes all the evidence and science that informs the guidelines to starting solid food, and combines it with the elements that you may want to consider for your own family to allow you to confidently make a plan for weaning your baby.
