Class Description
Daisy Baby Tinies is a weekly postnatal and baby massage class in Welwyn for mum and her new baby. You’ll learn how to use baby massage and movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby.
Firstly, we take the best elements from baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga, mum & baby classes and support groups. Secondly, we wrap them together in a powerful 5 element model to deliver an extra special class.
When it comes the ‘fourth trimester’, the new days and weeks of motherhood, any number of emotions can overwhelm us. For instance, joy, anxiety, delight, fatigue, happiness, uncertainty, isolation, even low mood or challenging feelings. Daisy Baby Tinies helps new mums enjoy a safe and supported first few months with baby; while you figure it out together.
You will meet other local mums and babies, have a chance to chat, ask questions and find reassurance that you are all going through it together. Importantly you’ll have access to join the term’s WhatsApp group to continue that connection outside of class as well.

Important class information
Daisy Baby Tinies baby massage class in Welwyn is for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable from around 6 weeks after birth until 4 months (at the start of term). If your baby is younger than 6 weeks at the start of a term then please contact me to discuss as it is possible to start sooner depending on your recovery.
Importantly, classes are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiple births and individual needs.
You book classes in blocks of 6 weeks, but classes are designed to carry you through until baby is around 18 months. Your baby will develop through Tinies to Wrigglers to Cruisers. Supporting you along the journey of early parenthood, while baby grows and develops.
We welcome a maximum of 12 mums and babies per term, to enable social distancing and to keep the supportive environment and encourage friendships.
When: Tinies classes are on Thursdays at 12.20pm or a Friday at 11.20am.
Each class is 1 hour long.
Where: 1st Welwyn Scout Hut, Lockleys Drive, AL6 9LU (Thursdays), and Howlands Baptist Church, The Commons, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 4RS (Fridays)
How much: £56 for the 6 weeks.
