Class Description
We take the best elements from baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga, and mum & baby classes and wrap all of these together in a powerful 5 element model to deliver an extra special class.
When it comes to the ‘fourth trimester’, undoubtedly those early days and weeks of motherhood may see any number of emotions overwhelm us; such as joy, anxiety, delight, fatigue, happiness, uncertainty, isolation or even low mood or challenging feelings. Importantly, Daisy Baby Tinies helps new mums enjoy a safe and supported first few months with baby, while you figure it out together.
In each class you can expect:
- Full baby massage and yoga routines
- Gentle yoga based movement for your postnatal recovery
- Infant education and support
- Calming and soothing methods – tried and tested techniques that can work!
- Meet other new mums at the same stage – build that vital support network
The important bits about your class:
Daisy Baby Tinies classes are for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable from around 6 weeks after birth (please do get in touch if you would like to start earlier) until 5 months (at the start of the term). Additionally, classes are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiple births and individual needs. If your baby is older than 5 months take a look at our Wrigglers class.
Classes are booked in blocks of 5/6 weeks at a time however are designed to carry you through until baby is around 18 months. Your baby will develop through Tinies to Wrigglers to Cruisers, therefore supporting you along the journey of early motherhood.

Investment: £8 per week (Classes are booked in blocks of 5-7 weeks). This includes:
