Sometimes we need a little extra help processing our feelings, understanding our emotions or dealing with unhelfpul thoughts. We know that pregnancy, birth and motherhood are life changing events that can sometimes challenge our emotional wellbeing, hormonal balance or psychological resilience. Daisy’s priority is always supporting mum – whether that be through classes, workshops or individual support or therapy.
What makes Individual Support® so different?
Individual support from Daisy allows you to access therapuetic support right from the comfort of your own home.
Finding ourselves in a place where we recognise that accessing some support might be helpful is often challenge enough in itself, let alone finding one where we don’t have to attempt to explain the reality or challenges that becoming a mum can bring. Daisy places women at the very centre of the continuous perinatal support journey, and is there when a little extra help is needed. Being able to access support from the safety of your own home can often make the process much easier and more comfortable at a time when you need it most.
“After an incredibly traumatic first birth that left me with PTSD, Daisy classes were what made be capable of coping with my second birth.”

Who is support for?
Individual support from Sian is available for mums, whether you are expecting your little one at the moment or are in the early days or months of Motherhood, be it your first or sixth child. It may be you are experiencing anxiety or fear in relation to childbirth, have unhelpful feelings about your experience of birth or are not feeling the way you hoped about motherhood. If you feel, for whatever reason, that sharing your feelings with someone who will understand completely, support you to explore the changes you would like to make and help you in that process, then you can access that help. You will need a good internet connection and device you are able to access your sessions on which has a camera/webcam in place.
Individual support from Sian is designed to allow you to access therapuetic help from the comfort and safety of your own home. Therapy support sessions are attended in just the same way as you would in person, albeit with the aid of some technology, the internet and your chosen device. When you reach out to Sian for support (from the first instance) your emotional wellbeing will be placed at the centre of the process with a package of support being agreed that is perfect just for you. Sessions are generally 50-60 mins in length. In the first instance you can reach out to access support by sharing just a little information with Sian and together you will decide if this type of support is right for you.
Individual Support Sessions are £60/hour
