Class Description

A weekly class for all those who are adjusting to their new postnatal body and the changes caused by childbirth – to help you relax, recharge, heal and calm both your body and mind, supporting you as you navigate this new phase of your life.

When it comes to adapting to the physical changes of childbirth and the postnatal journey, it can truly feel as though there is no time left for ourselves, no time to adjust, top up our own reserves or care for our own emotions. Daisy Mama helps all those who are postnatal or in the first two years after birth enjoy a time to recharge. This essential step of your continuous perinatal support takes the best elements of postnatal yoga, mindfulness and relaxation and wraps all of these together in a powerful 5 element model that allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can be you.

Our unique mind/body movement method draws on elements of postnatal yoga, mindfulness, pelvic floor recovery, mind/body movement and relaxation to create one very powerful combination. From calming your mind, adapting to your healing body, settling your emotions and replenishing your reserves – we’ve got you covered.

Daisy Mama classes are for all those who are adjusting to their new postnatal body and the changes caused by childbirth, are suitable to attend from 6 weeks post-birth right up until your baby’s 2nd birthday and are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions with ease. 

Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at a time but are designed to carry you through from 6 weeks to 2 years after your baby has been born. Each class is 1 hour long and costs £48 for each 6 week block.

Your Mama class is on a Sunday afternoon at 3:30pm at the venue detailed below throughout the year. All available start dates can be found in the dropdown list shown.
