I know before I took these classes I had no idea and I am forever grateful a fellow mum I met during my first pregnancy invited me along! And even more excited am I now to pass on all this amazing knowledge to you all! 
During our Daisy Birthing Classes we go overy every tool you already have and show you how you can combine them to create your own powerful ‘labour bubble’ to help you maximise your breathing techniques and movement and learn all the options you have to help you feel confident and prepared for your birthing day!
