Daisy Birthing Anniversary

Daisy Birthing Anniversary
Trying the selfie technique to get a half decent photo …πŸ˜… I couldn’tΒ  not come on tonight as today marks my 1 year anniversary of teaching Daisy Birthing Classes in Stretford! πŸ₯°πŸ₯³
It is absolutely amazing and still takes me by surprise how each year seems to go by even quicker than the one before!
Teaching Daisy Birthing Classes has been my ambition ever since I took classes myself nearly 10 years ago now! Yep, In October it will be offical, mum of a 10 year old right here…! 🫣
Why? Being pregnant changes a person in so many ways! Physically , mentally, your heart grows in so many ways and so many emotions come forward, some we may never have thought of would! And then there is the whole part of giving birth to a new little life!
I thought I kind of knew what to expect… thought that is! … every birth is so different and I couldn’t be more grateful to my own Daisy Birthing teacher making the whole of the labour journey so much more accessible and understandable to me! Most of all, I understood how important it is to be an active participant and feeling confident amongst all the various choices, options and well meaning advice out there!
My absolutle favorite part of teaching Daisy Birthing Classes and Workshops is when I can see the expression of a future parent change from confusion, worry, sometimes anxiouseness to excitment, to someone who feels physically and mentally ready to birth their baby with as much confidence and excitement as possible!
I cant’t wait for this year and what it has to bring, but most of all to be able to help and teach many more future parents help find their way to their own confident birth. After all, it is about what is right for you and for your baby!
Thank you to all who have supported The Daisy Foundation here in Stretford and Surrounding Area! Wishing you all the very best year growing and nurturing your new little ones! πŸ’œπŸ’œ
All of my classes up to August are now open for booking!
Any questions at all feel free to message meΒ  on facebook or e-mail me via:

What is Hypnobirthing?

What is hypnobirthing?
Β
Encouraging deep relaxation, breathing and positive visualisation all have incredible benefits for the Birthing person.
Β
When we are in a relaxed state we bypass the Neo Cortex (the thinking part of the brain) and can tune into our instinct. Birthing is an instinctive process, a natural expulsive reflex.
In our Daisy Birthing classes we layer our education week on week whilst in this relaxed state. This information plants itself in our subconscious which is where you will need it on baby’s birthing day once you are in your β€˜birthing bubble’.
Benefits of hypnobirthing include:
Β
🍁 Manage stress hormones to allow the production of the essential hormone oxytocin… adrenaline & oxytocin are not friends!
🍁 Managing stress can reduce fear and pain in labour
🍁You can feel more prepared and in control of your labour
🍁 Can be used alongside any other pain relief options and is suitable for EVERY birth plan
🍁 Your birth partner can get involved too and can provide a more active role for them in your birthing environment
Β
Next Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal Classes start in just 2 weeks!

Hi Everyone!

Hi Everyone!!
It has been a couple weeks that I posted… Simply decided to enjoy the Easter break with my own little family…also realising that there is not much time for anything else when everyone is at home… 😁πŸ₯°
To start the holiday off with we had our first Daisy Active Birth Workshop here in Stretford! It was a great morning with some wonderful couples who came along! Of course I forgot to take a picture…as always… however, from the sound of it it was a great success as they all left with a confident smile at the end! πŸ™‚
This is such a special moment to witness as the birthpartners role is such an important one by being able to give practical and emotional support during labour. 😊
Here are some more details of the Daisy Active Birth Workshop.
Different Antenatal classes and Workshops as well as Daisy Baby Tinies Classes are available on my web page, too!

Welcome to the Daisy Foundation in Stretford & Surrounding Area

Hi!

And welcome to the Daisy Foundation in Stretford & Surrounding Area with Ana!

That’s me! I am your local Daisy teacher. I am here to support and educate expectant parents throughout their pregnancy journey!

To start off with I would like to share just a few things about myself. I am a mum of three beautiful and active children. All of us love being out and about, especially on nice days exploring new areas that surround us.

As a mum of three I am well aware of the challenges and worries that may arrive with pregnancy and motherhood. When I was pregnant with my first child I realised quickly that there is an overwhelming amount of information on the topic.Β  This was on top of all the do’s and dont’s that well meaning friends and family shared.

Thanks to Daisy I was able to understand the changes in my body and learned the tools I needed for my own pregnancy. This lead me to be able to have aΒ  confident birthing experience.Β  An experience I was able to anticipate with excitment rather than just fear!

My Daisy classes stuck with me ever since and I am very passionate about passing on my knowledge. Whether it is your first or fifth baby, I want you to be able to feel just as empowered and confident on your own journey to parenthood.

Daisy classes are here for you to make friends as well as gain all the skills and tools through evidenced based knowledge so that you can make your own confident and informed choices.

A closed Facebook group for everyone is available to join. Once your class has started I will send you a personal invite to join.Β  This isΒ  a great way for every expectant parent to share their individual experiences, to open up conversations and to support each other along this uniqueΒ  journey of pregnancy and parenthood.

I am very much looking forward to meeting you and to join you for this part of your journey.Β  I am here to educate, help you relax and build a Daisy community that can last for years to come.

Much Love

Ana
