What is hypnobirthing?
Encouraging deep relaxation, breathing and positive visualisation all have incredible benefits for the Birthing person.
When we are in a relaxed state we bypass the Neo Cortex (the thinking part of the brain) and can tune into our instinct. Birthing is an instinctive process, a natural expulsive reflex.
In our Daisy Birthing classes we layer our education week on week whilst in this relaxed state. This information plants itself in our subconscious which is where you will need it on baby’s birthing day once you are in your ‘birthing bubble’.
