When it comes to the early (or in fact any) stage of pregnancy, any number of emotions can overwhelm us: excitement, fear, anxiety, delight, uncertainty, confusion – and these may well be ever changing! Daisy Birthing helps expectant mums enjoy a positive pregnancy and prepare for a confident birth. The first step of your continuous perinatal support takes the best elements of pregnancy yoga, active birth and hypnobirthing and wraps all of these together in a powerful class that allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can do this!
Daisy Birthing active antenatal classes combine pregnancy yoga, antenatal and active birth education, hypnobirthing, breathing techniques, relaxation, support and friendship into one class!
A ground-breaking, highly effective pregnancy class that covers everything you need to prepare in pregnancy and birth, whether this is your first baby or you have had a baby before.
Classes are movement based, which helps to prepare your birthing muscles, aid foetal position, maintain wellbeing and ease pregnancy discomforts and ailments to help you feel relaxed and more comfortable. These movements are anchored to breathing techniques and active birth education/techniques, all important for birth. Repetitive movements, help build muscle memory so when you go into labour you can trust that your body and mind will know what is right for you.
The gorgeous hypno-birthing relaxation at the end of every session coupled with the relaxing flow and vibe in classes, is a brilliant way to ease any stress anxiety or fears you may have about birth whilst allowing you to bond with your baby, enjoy some “me” time and leave feeling refreshed and calm and confident about birth.
The antenatal education covers a different topic over six weeks, giving you the chance to learn, share with others and ask questions. This is also enhanced with teacher support and weekly emails.
The classes are also a brilliant way to make friends with other mums to be in the local area. We know how important that friendship group and support can be to mums to be. If you want to, we hold prenatal meet ups and whatsApp groups to enhance your support.

Who can attend?
Daisy Birthing classes are for expectant mums only, are suitable to attend from 14 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birth, and are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions and birth plans with ease.
We recommend booking as soon as possible as places are limited and do fill.
How long are the classes?
Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at a time but are designed to carry you through from early pregnancy right up until your baby’s birthing day. Each Term costs £68 for 6 weeks of sessions.
When do classes run?
Classes run on Sundays at 5/5.30pm and 6:30pm in Quorn on Tuesdays. Some options are available virtually please message to discuss.
