A workshop for mum and her birth companion that will not only cover all of the basics of antenatal education and an active, informed birth but also give you both the space to prepare as a team and confidently plan for your baby’s birthing day.

When it comes to preparing for your baby’s birth – making the time to prepare as a team with your birth partner in a way that works for you both and your own unique hopes can be challenging.  The Daisy Birthing Active Birth Workshop helps expectant mums and their birth companion prepare for an active and confident birth together. This second step of your continuous perinatal support takes the best elements of traditional antenatal education workshops and hypnobirthing and wraps all of these together in a powerful 5 element model that allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can both do this.

Who are classes for?

The Daisy Birthing Active Birth Workshop is for expectant mums and their birth companion. They are suitable to attend from around 28 weeks pregnant right up until your baby’s birth and are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions with ease.

Workshops are delivered in one session which costs £90 for mum and her birth companion.

When are classes held?

Workshops are held on weekend mornings at 10am on various dates throughout the year or in the evenings on a weekday. On the drop-down menu opposite you can see all the Active Birth Workshop dates available to book!
