The Daisy Birthing Active Birth Workshop helps all those who are pregnant and their birth companion prepare for an active and confident birth together. This second step of your continuous perinatal support takes the best elements of traditional antenatal education workshops and hypnobirthing and wraps all of these together in a powerful workshop that allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can both do this.

What do I need to know?
Preparing for your confident birth experience together, and cutting through the uncertainty that can come from feeling unprepared with your birth partner, is the second step on this amazing 1001 day journey of continuous perinatal support to confident motherhood.
Who are classes for?
The Daisy Birthing Active Birth Workshop is for all those who are currently pregnant, and their birth companion. They are suitable to attend from around 30 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birth and are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions with ease.
Workshops are designed to be delivered in one 4-hour session or in two shorter sessions. If you are attending the full Daisy Parent workshop this content is included.
